Comes with both visual and audible alarms that will help you get the first signal for moisture issues. When the value of the wood moisture meter measurement object exceeds the range, an alarm will be issued both with a sound and on screen. In the dry wall and masonry mode, the wood moisture meter with a value> 70% will give an alarm; in the softwood and hardwood modes, the wood moisture meter will give an alarm with a value> 17%.
The AxtroPin is easy to operate – even beginners will find it a breeze to use. The temperature and humidity of the environment will be displayed on the screen of the firewood moisture meter. Click the ℃/℉ button to switch the temperature unit, and click the “HOLD” button to lock the humidity value of the measurement object. If there is no operation within 10 minutes, firewood moisture meter will automatically shut down
